One-to-one sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for deep healing and nourishment.

The sessions usually include a short discussion at the start, for me to understand the purpose of your visit and the intention you are holding for the session. I will invite you to pick an Oracle Card, as an opportunity to receive universal guidance…

We then go into a 1hr Therapy Session where I use a combination of Sound & Reiki healing – during this time you are invited to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing.

At the end of the session I will invite you to a short discussion during which you can share insights and any messages that came through to you during the session.

Some delicious herbal tea is offered at the end of the session.
