The session usually starts with a short discussion, for me to understand the couple’s intention for this visit. I will invite each person to pick an Oracle card and we will drop into a heart to heart guided meditation…
We then go into a 1hr Sound Therapy Session, where the couple is invited to relax and enjoy the healing effects of various medicine vibrations.
At the end of the session I will invite the couple to a short discussion in order to share insights and any messages that came through during the session.
Some delicious herbal tea is offered at the end of the session.
